Please plan on booking your event at least 45 days in advance. A non-refundable, non-transferable $250.00 deposit is required to reserve services and hold the date of your event. We will refund 50% of payments received (not including the non-refundable $250.00) if event is cancelled within three (3) weeks. You must finalize details for your event, including final count three (3) weeks prior to your event. Payment is due in full two (2) weeks prior to your event.
No refunds will be given for cancellation within 10 days of event. All payments received will be forfeited. If no final guest count is given, we will use the number of guests originally estimated. An additional $10.00 per person will be added for additional guest count within 10 days of event. No refunds will be given if guest count is less than the final given.
